Yes, indeed! Guests will be picked up at the airport for free, either by a van or an SUV depending on the size of the group.

There is no daily cleaning; however, if the group stays longer than a week, we provide cleaning once a week. Fresh towels are available anytime upon request.

Guests can request a full cleaning with bed linen change for 2,000 baht per time.

Breakfast is not included, but we will provide excellent local recommendations where guests can find the best breakfast and brunch options.

If guests would like to meet us, we are happy to welcome them at the villa. However, check-in is mainly self-service, and guests will receive all access information 24 hours prior to arrival.

Yes, absolutely! We provide all the basic amenities a home should have, including a washing machine, cooking basics, cutlery, dining sets, pans and pots, spices, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and more.

Yes, we offer in-room massage services so you can enjoy therapy sessions in the comfort of the villa. We also partner with an Ethical Elephant Sanctuary and can send you the best deals and offers.

Absolutely! We provide the best local recommendations for cafes, restaurants, nightlife, spas, massages, markets, and other activities.

We are available through all major applications or by phone, mostly 24/7, to assist with any needs or concerns.

Payments

Yes, we require a deposit depending on the property, typically between 5,000 and 10,000 baht per stay. This is for potential damages or overstaying. We return the deposit immediately after checking the property upon checkout.

As we mainly host larger groups and properties, it’s difficult to fill gaps on short notice. We offer free cancellation if made more than 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 60 days, we will open the calendar and refund guests according to any re-bookings of those dates.
